- Accumulator (Acca)
- A bet that combines two or more selections into a single wager, and all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A spread betting market that gives a handicap to each team, eliminating the draw and offering two possible outcomes.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you have set aside for placing bets.
- Bet Builder
- A tool that lets you combine different outcomes from a single match, such as goals, corners, and cards, into one bet.
- Cash Out
- A feature that allows you to settle a bet before the match ends, locking in a profit or cutting a loss.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible match outcomes, increasing your chance of winning.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that returns your stake if the match ends in a draw, otherwise you win if your chosen team wins.
- Each-Way
- A bet split into a win part and a place part; you receive a payout if your selection wins or finishes in the placed positions.
- Enhanced Odds
- Promotional odds that are higher than the normal market odds, giving you a larger potential profit.
- Expected Goals (xG)
- A metric that estimates how many goals a team or player is likely to score based on the quality of their shots.
- First Goalscorer
- A bet on which player will score the first goal in a match.
- Goal Line
- A betting line set on the total number of goals in a match, often set at 2.5, where you pick over or under.
- In-Play Betting
- Placing a bet on a match while it is still in progress, with odds that update as the game unfolds.
- Kelly Criterion
- A formula that calculates the optimal proportion of your bankroll to wager, based on your perceived edge.
- Lay Bet
- A bet that a specific outcome will not occur, typically placed on a betting exchange, where you act as the bookmaker.
- Live Streaming
- A real-time video feed of a match provided by the bookmaker, allowing you to watch and bet simultaneously.
- Matched Betting
- A method that uses free bets and promotions to create a risk-free profit by covering all possible outcomes.
- Odds Format
- The way odds are presented, such as decimal, fractional, or moneyline, which determines how your payout is calculated.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether the total number of goals (or points) in a match will be higher or lower than a set line.
- Parlay
- Another word for an accumulator; a single bet that links multiple selections and pays only if all of them win.
- Point Spread
- A handicap added to a team's final score to level the betting field, common in American sports betting.
- Profit Boost
- A bonus that multiplies the profit from a winning bet, increasing the amount you receive.
- Risk-Free Bet
- A promotional offer where your stake is refunded if the bet loses, essentially giving you a second chance.
- Staking Plan
- A strategy that determines how much of your bankroll to wager on each bet, helping you manage risk and avoid overspending.
- Value Bet
- A wager where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, giving you a statistical edge.
